  4. You will download the forms, fill out and fax back to us with fax # provided on form.
  5. We will then take your information, and type & submit it into the MLS.
  6. Please email photos in .jpg format to jkermath@comcast.net
  7. After your property is listed we will email it to you for you check accuracy.
